Alexandrina and Valeria received warm hugs and kisses in Edinet at Salve Center. Emma Matreniuc, the host of the event did her best to organize the meeting. All the participants received certificates that prove their knowledge on leadership and teambuilding. We hope at least some of the girls will prove to the others that women are good team leaders and excellent bosses.

WORKING IN TEAMS

Teams need strong team players to perform well. But what defines such people? You can count on a reliable team member who gets work done and does his fair share to work hard and meet commitments. He or she follows through on assignments. Consistency is key. You can count on him or her to deliver good performance all the time, not just some of the time.
Good listeners are essential for teams to function effectively. Teams need team players who can absorb, understand, and consider ideas and points of view from other people without debating and arguing every point. Such a team member also can receive criticism without reacting defensively. Most important, for effective communication and problem solving, team members need the discipline to listen first and speak second so that meaningful dialogue results.

Today the girls had the chance to discuss with a team leader. Mrs.Demian shared her experience on how to be a good leader and waht are the secrets of success for young girls, in order to succeed and overcome difficulties.

A very important person was Mrs. Ursu Natalia, an expert in teambuilding activities and working in a professional team form NGO Mostenitorii. The girls discussed the importance of a strong and powerfull TEAM and had activities to prove that their power in in their "fingers".

Our thoughts, intentions, and beliefs have scientifically proven effects on the external world.  They also have the power to manifest the things we desire in our life.  Mrs. Morozan explained the power of the subconscious and conscious mind, and how the girls can use them to create the reality they want!
