  1. Leaders help themselves and others to do the right things. They set direction, build an inspiring vision, and create something new. Leadership is about mapping out where you need to go to "win" as a team or an organization; and it is dynamic, exciting, and inspiring.Having a great idea, and assembling a team to bring that concept to life is the first step in creating a successful business venture.
An effective leader is a person who does the following:
1)Creates an inspiring vision of the future.
2)Motivates and inspires people to engage with that vision.
    3)Manages delivery of the vision.
4)Coaches and builds a team, so that it is more effective at achieving the vision.

  3. Leadership doesn't have a definition. A leader is a person who know the answers. To be a leader is when you with your actions inspire people around you. The person who can get all he want with work and passion for what him do , can make the people who follow him feel confident.
To be a leader is not similar that to be a dictator. To be a leader is to be a inspiration to dream more. To be a leader is to be a good friend with your team, listen everybody and help them.

A true leader must have good leadership capacities,to be brave and smart. The leader must be confident in his powers that can give advice to other people . The leader can always answer at your questions and give you several useful tips.
Leadership is an interaction between several members of a group where everyone express their opinions and ideas. In the neighborhood like this you can discover yourself and see the world with different eyes.

  5. Leadership is an organization of leading a group of persons with concrete visions, principles and ideas to realize them. Leadership also represents a team where opinions and solutions are agreed by the members and help them to achieve goals and inspire peoplea along the way. A good leader is a mentor who is able to think and solve difficult problems with success. Jim Guyesse said that " a leader needs to communicate in a way that makes people fell what they need to do.'' Agreeing with him i would like to say that every leader should keep in mind to be responsible, sociale, powerful and important.
